Tenaga Kerja Sementara (TKS)

TKS was established to provide assistance to various industries when sudden urgent help is required unexpectedly. Current focus is on health care as the company provides medically trained personnels (doctors, midwives and nurses) to visit at home to help- for short term (a few hours) or longer term (a few months) period.

One of our much requested services is auxiliary help by midwives and nurses to assist new mothers to take care of their newborns. Such services can be provided at short notice, to look after the babies ranging from a few hours to a few weeks (or even longer). Care is provided by properly qualified nurses or midwives- with medical knowledge, unlike nannies.

Some of the reasons for requesting TKS services are:

• Exhausted mothers desperately seeking help at short notices, because of sleeplessness the night before (or over the course of several nights).
• Care of babies who are restless or are sick.
• Parents who are just simply worried over a healthy baby.
• New mothers who are inexperienced and not getting adequate advices.
• Nannies on leaves suddenly.

Other healthcare services that are popular are:

• Vaccinations for adults and children at home.
• Blood-draw (phlebotomist service) such as for general medical check-up, at home.
• NIPT test at home (Jakarta and other cities).
• Newborn screening test at home (Jakarta and other cities).
• Home care for patients who are incapacitated because of accidents.
